Outlook in Difficult Situations

If you are facing a difficult situation, do not be discouraged by your outlook if you cannot see a clear path or solution ahead. Jesus said to his followers that they should not worry. So, if your seeing the way things "look" is taking you away from joy, thanksgiving and praise, you need to do something about your eyes. Choosing to shut them off is an option. Do whatever you need to remain in line with God's will for you as you go through the difficulties you are facing. Know when to let God have his place in your situation. Be a blind man or woman who cries out for mercy and you will see God's glory! That is simply humility to recognize your needs and limitations and that is the key to receiving God's grace that will strengthen you.

John 11:40
Jesus said to her, "Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see God's glory?"

 Matthew 9:27-31
27 And as Jesus passed by from there, two blind men followed him, calling out and saying, "Have mercy on us, son of David." 28 And when he had come into the house, the blind men came to him, and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They told him, "Yes, Lord." 29 Then he touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith be it done to you." 30 And their eyes were opened. And Jesus strictly commanded them, saying, "See that no one knows about this." 31 But they went out and spread abroad his fame in all that land.

2 Corinthians 12:9
He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

Philippians 4:6-7
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
