The old man may watch porn but the new man will have nothing to do with it. The new man does not struggle with porn addiction. He does not put anything before his eyes to pollute his soul. He knows that he belongs to God, hands, feet, eyes included, purchased by the blood of Jesus and is grateful for that great salvation from the sickness of sin. It's the old man who gets caught up in sinful addictions because of his evil desires that he wants to feed. He acts upon those evil desires and that's all he can do (Romans 8:7-8). He won't resist the devil. He won't become more and more "godly."
In Christ, that old man is crucified, put to death, deactivated, destroyed (Galatians 5:16, 5:24, Romans 6:6). The believer who receives the Gospel and obeys it will walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4), empowered by God's grace (Romans 6:12-15, Titus 2:11-14), not according to his former evil desires (1 Peter 1:14). Followers of Jesus must deny themselves and take up their cross daily (Luke 9:23). That's Jesus' version of coming to Him and there is no other. Don't be deceived about "coming to Christ" and getting saved and becoming a "new creation" and never in fact take the path to become that new person in Christ the Bible speaks about. If there are such issues, they must be corrected and no excuses made for ongoing sin, because there are none in the Bible. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil: sin, lies, darkness — all evil/wickedness (1 John 3:8).
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
And if anyone who is a believer is tempted to say that this is judging and that one should not judge, well, this is totally judging and Jesus is totally fine with it. He commanded righteous judgment to be exercised (John 7:24), for without it, the plank can't come out of no one's eye and no one can love a brother or sister and remove the speck out of his or her eye either. Light and truth are necessary to bring salvation to those who are lost and also to see the problems in the body of Christ and address them. Jesus is pleased with good fruit, not bad fruit.
Matthew 12:33
Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.
